Health care professionals of all kinds have gathered each spring for the last four years to exchange ideas about quality improvement and patient safety. This year, scheduled presentation topics will range from technological advancements, like telemedicine and apps improving handoffs, to strategies in opioid management. David W. Bates, MD, MS, Medical Director of Clinical and Quality Analysis, Information Systems, Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health will provide the keynote address.

You are invited to share your innovations in quality improvement, patient safety, education, and research. We encourage all members of our health care team to submit an abstract for consideration for our poster session and competition. Works in progress are welcome!

The poster session will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on October 25 in the Medical Education and Research Facility Atrium. Abstracts are due by midnight, September 25. Click here to submit an abstract for peer review.

The number of accepted abstracts is limited. Monetary awards will be presented to the top posters. If you have questions contact Wendy Fiordellisi, MD.
